Every Bigg Boss product is covered by a manufacturer warranty against material and manufacturing defects.
5 years from date of purchase on mechanical cylinder and locking hardware, covering material and manufacturing defects under normal use.
Up to 10 years on the Aurum and Meridian ranges when the product is registered within 90 days of installation.
2 years on electronic components, in line with standard consumer electronics practice, alongside full mechanical coverage.
Damage from incorrect installation, forced entry, or modification outside our assembly instructions falls outside the warranty.
